So is coffee responsible for myocardial infarction and arrhythmia? Do hypertension patients have to do without coffee? Or is the connection between coffee, high blood pressure, and an increased risk of a heart attack just another thesis among many who demonize coffee consumption?
High blood pressure - what does that mean?
The name already expresses it: if someone has high blood pressure, the pressure that is exerted by the blood each time the heart beats on the blood vessels is too high. Vascular disease is widespread - according to the doctors' portal, over 35 million people in the united states suffer from so-called "hypertension," the most common form of high blood pressure.

Many people have high blood pressure without even knowing about it. Because the symptoms are often inconspicuous and are dismissed as "little pains," sometimes there are no recognizable symptoms at all.
Such is precisely why the widespread disease of high blood pressure is so dangerous - often high blood pressure is only diagnosed when secondary illnesses have already occurred. Decaffeinated as an alternative for heart patients
Generally, coffee is not as unhealthy as many people think. If you are healthy and have average blood pressure values, you do not have to do without daily coffee enjoyment. But even if you suffer from high blood pressure or even a heart rhythm disorder, you don't have to stay away from your beloved coffee forever - ask your doctor for advice and recommendations for consumption.
Then you measure the blood pressure after each cup and carefully observe any consequences that may arise - or choose the caffeine-free variant straight away.
