Returns & Exchanges

We currently only process returns/exchanges for store credit where items are received damaged or defective. Where an exchange is possible, this will be for the same item only.
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must request an exchange within 14 days from the date your order is received.
When returning an item, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Kaffegrums is not responsible or liable for returns that are not delivered to us or lost in transit.
Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
We only accept inquiries for items purchased from kaffegrums.com.
Items must be unused, in their original condition with tags attached.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
