Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be printed and processed. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday morning.
Once your order has been processed, your order will be shipped and you will receive confirmation of this as well as tracking information via email.
When checking out items in your cart, you will be provided with real time shipping costs and durations based on your order quantity and shipping destination.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of order. Kaffegrums is not responsible for lost orders where incorrect shipping information has been provided.
Should an item be returned to us or undeliverable due to the below reasons, the customer is required to cover the cost of reshipment should they wish to have their order reshipped.
- Unclaimed - Parcels left in local customs and post office and was not claim during the allotted time.
- Rejected/Refused or unknown reason - customs tax, import tax or extra fees not settled by recipient.
- Insufficient/Incorrect address - Recipient incorrectly input a wrong or incomplete address.
Orders can only be re-shipped if they are returned to us.
Where a parcel delivered from us has been rejected or refused by the customer due to it being damaged or open on arrival, you must take a photo of the condition of the parcel and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report your reason for rejecting / refusing, along with supporting photos.
International Customs & Duties
For international orders, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.
